Well: A Gold-Medal Workout: Misty May-Treanor's Beach Volleyball Preparation
At the age of 34, the Olympian Misty May-Treanor will be in London this summer, playing for her third beach volleyball gold medal with her teammate, Kerri Walsh. Recently, she took time out to talk about exercising with her dog and the mistakes people make at the gym.
